First you can clear the ram by typing some code by pressing Ctrl + r prefetch chkdsk cmd %temp% Delete these.

You can use task manager to clear RAM. Press the Ctrl + shift + esc button to open the task manager. You can see your RAM usage from the performance option. Task manager's processes shows what programs are now on; You can end process from there. (But never end the main program gula). This is a manual process as far as I know. Hope you will benefit.
